NX5 Series Photoelectric Switches

Photo switches transmit a beam which is reflected back from a detected object (diffused) or from a reflector (retro-reflective) or can be used with a separate transmitter and receiver (through-beam) typically used for longer distance sensing.

Applications: Multistoried parking, detecting the presence of a golf ball, arresting shutter and door closing.

Features: Multi-voltage, interference prevention, high reliability and long sensing range.

Fibre Optic Sensors

Fibre-optic amplifiers transmit and receive signal via an attached fibre-optic cable with an optic sensor on the end. The fibre sensor determines the type of sensing as well as the distance it can sense. Totally unaffected by any source of electrical noise.

Applications: Wafer detection, detection of breaks/ cracks of glass, detection over long ranges and detection of glass substrate in vacuum chamber.

Features: Easy to read, designed in a 3-layer structure to accommodate basic through advanced settings, multipurpose M8 connector type.

Photoelectric Triangulation Sensors

Due to their advanced optical system, Triangulation sensors are not effected by variances in the targets angle or colour. Due to the 2-segment photo-diode adjustable range system, the sensor does not detect objects outside the preset sensing distance.

Applications: Distance detection, position detection, color-independent detection.

Features: Accurate detection, no-miss operation regardless of backgrounds, resistant to lens surface soiling.

Photoelectric Switches (Cylindrical)

Photo switches transmit a beam which is reflected back from a detected object (diffused) or from a reflector (retro-reflective) or can be used with a separate transmitter and receiver (through beam) typically used for longer distance sensing.

Applications: Object detection, detecting specular objects and object counting.

Features: Wide product range, long sensing range, M18 Thread, Environmentally robust.

EX Series (Miniature) Photoelectric Switches

Photo switches transmit a beam which is reflected back from a detected object (diffused) or from a reflector (retro-reflective) or can be used with a separate transmitter and receiver (through-beam) typically used for longer distance sensing.

Applications: Detecting the float for a flow meter, seating confirmation fiber, detecting small parts such as screws and sensing PCB rack.

Features: Optimized precision optics, 2-color indicator, sensing range 1m: EX-19, freely mountable fingertip size, high-speed response time: 0.5ms, Flexible setup.

Mark and Colour Sensors

The LX-100 mark sensor detects any marking or colour, the sensor is equipped with red, green and blue LED In addition, it utilises a coaxial reflective optics system to realise high precision sensing when used with 1/4000 resolution 12-bit A/D converter.

Applications: Detects printed marks to align tubes Mark detection of packaging film.

Features: Equipped with 3 LEDs: red, green and blue, Even beginners can quickly master MODE NAVI operation, 2 selectable sensing modes for any application.
